We recognize the difficulty in keeping the attention of today’s tech-savvy, instantaneous, communication-driven college students. Our program has proven to be successful because of the combination of technology, fun atmosphere and true camaraderie that is built during the experience. This experience challenges individuals mentally and physically, while challenging teams to overcome obstacles as one. They will have to supplement each other’s strengths and weaknesses in a fast-paced, active and engaging environment. GeoVentures offers three distinct programs to serve your student population.

GeoTreasure Challenge

The centerpiece of this team development program is our fully customized hi-tech hunt, which utilizes GPS technology. During the program, each member of the group will have an opportunity to use the GPS as well as take on different responsibilities and roles.

The groups will be given unique coordinates that will take them to a location or a hidden container. While traveling between coordinate locations, the groups will be asked to complete tasks. The tasks will vary depending on the stated goals of the group, but may include discovering more about each other, developing a solution on the fly or solving a physical puzzle.

GeoVentures is able to customize every program based on the needs of students. A Goals Assessment Interview will be conducted prior to the program. Suggested audiences are: student club/organization members, fraternities/sororities, orientation leaders, athletic teams and college/university staff.
