The Geocaching Adventure Birthday Party pairs the excitement of a treasure hunt with modern technology. The party begins with an introduction to using a 
handheld GPS unit. After learning the basics of operating the GPS unit, the Party Leader will lead the group in finding the first cache. From there, party-goers will work in small teams to navigate the course and find 'treasures' along the way. A theme can be integrated into any party and the event can take place at almost any location. After the activity, there will be time to serve birthday snacks and reminisce about the day’s hunt. The Geocaching Birthday Party is guaranteed to be a unique and memorable experience for all party-goers.
Family Reunions
Our Geocaching Family Adventure is the perfect event 
for bringing together your family members of all ages in a fun and exciting way. GeoVentures family events are customized to meet the ages and needs of your relatives. Family members can complete the treasure hunt at their own pace or compete in an amazing race style scavenger hunt.
The success of our family events lies in their ability to bring together different generations in an engaging format. Your youngest members will be excited to learn how to treasure hunt with a handheld GPS while older family members enjoy solving the puzzles and following the clues along the way. Most importantly, everyone enjoys the little wacky activities in the course and the time everyone spends together while working towards a common mission.
Party Offerings
We offer three distinct GeoVentures to help fit the age, energy and abilities of your party-goers.
- Adventure Party (Classic): Our original hi-tech treasure hunt. The course terrain is easy enough for participants of any skill level and the geocaches are camouflaged to cleverly blend into the surroundings.
- Adventure Party (Challenge Course): This course challenges participants by incorporating geocaches of moderate terrain and difficulty into our classic treasure hunt format. The challenge course is ideal for high-energy party-goers 13-years old and up.
- X-Treme Treasure Hunt: Our X-Treme programs encourage friendly competition by including secret missions inside a number of the geocaches. Funny photo-ops, brain teasers and physical challenges may lie ahead in this most-unusual treasure hunt.
Group Size and Pricing
We are happy to customize our programs to fit your group's needs, size, and location. A typical Geocaching Birthday Party:
- Ideal for teens and tweens through adults
- Scheduled as part of a 2-hour block, including introductory lesson and geocaching
- All materials, technology, and setup are provided by GeoVentures staff as part of party festivities; arrangements for the party location (reserving a pavilion or scheduling use of the park) is your group's responsibility.
The base price for a Geocaching Birthday Party (Classic) includes the previously described program led by a GeoVentures Party Leader and a Adventure Party Aide. The party fee schedule depends on number of participants:
- Up to 14 participants = $185.00
- 15 to 20 participants = $225.00
- 21 to 25 participants = $250.00
- 26 to 30 participants = $275.00
For parties greater then 30 participants, GeoVentures bring in an additional staff assistant. We can accommodate up to 60 people for any one party.
